- Programme or service information, such as answers, goals, business information or materials you submit where these are needed to provide a product, course, programme or service.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, links used, referral source and approximate location, where collected by our website, hosting, security, analytics or advertising tools.
- Marketing and advertising information, such as whether you opened an email, clicked a link or responded to an advertisement, where the law permits this collection.

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, subscribe, join a waitlist, place an order, contact us, take part in a course or service, complete a survey or otherwise communicate with us. We may also receive information automatically through our website and emails, or from service providers such as email, payment, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms.

6. Email, waitlists and marketing
We use Kit to manage forms, subscribers, waitlists and email communications. If you request a resource or join our list, Kit stores and processes the details needed to confirm your request and deliver emails. Kit processes subscriber information under its Data Processing Addendum.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time through the link in an email or by contacting us. This will not stop essential service messages, such as order confirmations, access information or replies to a support request.
7. Payments and purchases
Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider. That provider collects the payment information needed to complete the transaction and may carry out fraud and security checks. We receive order and payment status information needed to deliver the purchase, provide support and maintain records.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our websites may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage or similar technologies. Some are necessary for the website to function or remain secure. Others may help us understand usage, remember choices or measure and personalise marketing.
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies will not be enabled unless you make a clear choice to accept them. You can refuse non-essential technologies without losing ordinary access to the website and can change your choice through the available cookie controls.
